Sean Lim is a martial artist and former national fencer with 15+ years of experience across multiple disciplines. Known for his calm, precise, and practical teaching, Sean founded FlowGuard™ Self-Defense Singapore to equip women with quiet confidence, clear decision-making, and practical adaptability.

His philosophy runs deeper than physical techniques. Instead of rigid routines, Sean emphasizes simplicity, instinct, and real-world effectiveness. He teaches students to sharpen mental resilience, heighten situational awareness, and move with instinctive confidence—so they feel safe, steady, and capable wherever life takes them.
